Upper Valley Winter Board is an independent, community-minded information page for Grafton and Sullivan County, New Hampshire. It collects published heating prices, help-program details and town winter parking rules in one place, with the source and the date each was read. It is maintained with the help of an automated assistant that re-reads the sources on a schedule; the data are not entered from memory.

What this is not

• It is not the only or the most complete source. The U.S. Energy Information Administration, the NH Department of Energy, the Community Action Agencies and your town publish the official information, and this page links to them.
• It is not affiliated with any government agency, utility, fuel dealer or contractor.
• It does not give financial, energy, legal or safety advice, does not take applications, and does not recommend a dealer or a heating system.

Limits

Covers New Hampshire's Grafton and Sullivan counties. Vermont-side Upper Valley towns are not covered yet. Parking rules are listed for three towns; others are marked not verified. Prices are state averages, not local quotes. See Sources.
