Every number and rule on this site comes from one of these pages. "Read" means a person or program opened the page on that date and copied what it says. If a page changes after that, our copy is out of date until the next check.

Update schedule
- Prices: weekly after EIA's Wednesday release, October to March.
- Help programs, income limits, parking rules: monthly, and when an agency or town announces a change.
- If two official pages disagree, both are shown and the difference is noted (example: Hanover's parking garage street address).
Update log
- Oct 20, 2026 (ET): re-read EIA (no new release; next Oct 21), Tri-County CAP, City of Lebanon (assistance and parking), Town of Hanover, City of Claremont, NHSaves, NHPR, Magic 102 and the Southwestern Community Services PDFs; no changes to dates, phone numbers, income limits, rebates or parking rules. Added a winter shelter section to the help page (City of Lebanon and Trinity Church Claremont pages). Added the corrections and removal-request policy to the About page. Not re-read: NH Department of Energy and NH Department of Justice pages (robots files returned HTTP 403 on Oct 18; no automated read since) and the Enfield town site (refused an automated read Oct 18).
- Oct 18, 2026 (ET): re-read EIA (no new release; NH values unchanged), Tri-County CAP, City of Lebanon (assistance and parking), Town of Hanover, City of Claremont, NHSaves, NHPR, Magic 102 and the Southwestern Community Services PDFs; no changes to dates, phone numbers, income limits or parking rules. Added NHSaves enhanced heat-pump rebate details (help page) and a "Quick answers" section (parking page). Not re-read on Oct 18: NH Department of Energy pages and NH Department of Justice page (their robots files returned HTTP 403, so no automated read was made); the Enfield town site refused an automated read (HTTP 403) and Newport's FAQ address returned "not found".
- Oct 17, 2026: added a "cost of 100 gallons" answer to the heating-costs page (arithmetic on the same published averages; no new data).
- Oct 17, 2026 (ET): first release. Prices from Oct 12, 2026 surveys; help and parking pages read the same day.
